$2 Diet Forms

Us here at the $2 Diet have placed together several forms/spreadsheets that will assist you in staying within the guidelines of the $2 Diet and will help you track everything you need to carefully track.
INSTRUCTIONS: the forms can be easily downloaded in a zip folder by clicking here. Once you have downloaded the zip folder, upzip the folder (instructions on how to unzip a folder) and open up each spreadsheet in Excel. You can ether print the spreadsheets out and fill them out manually, by pen or pencil, or you can fill out the spreadsheets on your computer and keep track of progress by updating them on your computer. Either way, the instructions for filling out the spreadsheets are below.

1. After downloading and unzipping the folder, open the form named 1-Worksheet for Adjusted Cost.xlsx

2. Next, open the form named 2-Worksheet for Tracking Price Per Serving.xlsx

3. Finally, open the form named 3-Worksheet for Tracking Daily Cost.xlsx

Again, you can either fill out these forms and update them as you progress, or you can print them out and track them manually. NOTE: Before you get started on these forms, you can eliminate the first form (1-Worksheet for Adjusted Cost.xlsx) right away by heading over to the calculator page to find out your "Adjusted $2 Limit", and then keep track of it by writing it down.
